The "Completed" status is the last possible status for an order.
The status is automatically set to "Completed" for several reasons:
The order has been indicated as "Delivered" by an administrator or by synchronization with a logistician.
The order contains only virtual products (these products do not require shipping)
The delivery method is on-site collection. In this case, the product is picked up directly by the customer and does not require delivery.
Only orders with the status "created" or "in progress" can be deleted.
On the extranet or application, the salesperson must go to the orders tab and click on the red cross.
The seller does not have the option of deleting mini-boutique orders. Only an administrator may do so.
On the admin side, you can also delete orders from the order tab.
You can select multiple commands and delete them all at once.
