If you wish to add products automatically to your customers' shopping baskets, go to the order parameters, then to the section "Automatically add items to order" and click on the button "View details".
To add a new parameter, click on the "Add parameter" button.
You can add several parameters at the same time.
First select the product to be added to the basket, then the associated conditions:
Products in basket
New customer: yes / no
Offer date
Customer country
Order amount incl. VAT
Type of order (direct sales, meeting, mini-shop...)
Salesperson's order: yes / no
These conditions limit the addition of the product to the shopping cart only if the customer complies with the requested conditions.
Adding a condition is not mandatory. If you don't, the product will be added to all baskets.
You can suggest products in the shopping cart to increase your number of cross sales.
To do this, go to the order parameters, then to the section "Suggested products".
You can then add one or more parameters to suggest the products of your choice.
You can also add several conditions to suggest different products depending on the customer's basket:
Products in basket
New customer: yes / no
Offer date
Customer country
Order amount incl. VAT
Type of order (direct sales, meeting, mini-shop...)
Salesperson's order: yes / no
Adding a condition is not mandatory. If you don't, the product will be suggested in all baskets.
