As an administrator, you have the ability to set up earning conditions for meeting loyalty. Whether for guests, customers or salespeople.
It may be that your salesperson's/customer's meeting has closed before loyalty earnings could be earned/spent.
If this is the case, it's important to alert sales staff to proceed with all orders before the meeting closes.
If you have set up automatic meeting closing, this can be adjusted if necessary in the meeting parameters.
Is the customer who has benefited from loyalty the meeting host?
Sometimes the meeting host may have been changed in the meantime by the salesperson.
Does he have the "host" role on his customer file?
If not, it's normal for the customer not to benefit from the loyalty program for hosts.
The majority of problems concerning loyalty parameters concern conditions that are not respected.
It is essential to check that the customer/host respects all the earning conditions.
Here are the conditions to be respected (if they are part of your animation plan):
Meeting sales :
If you've set milestones, it's important to check that the meeting has reached one of the milestones.
It's also important to check whether any of the activated parameters have an impact on sales.
Number of participants
Number of meetings redated
Virtual meeting
Number of orders
The meeting must comply with the requested conditions.
If your host is the seller, check that the "Allow host gains for sellers" parameter is enabled.
Several rewards can be set up to reward your customers / guests.
In most cases, rewards must be created before the loyalty rule is set up.
If the reward is not triggered/can't be used, you need to check its conditions. This applies to :
Vouchers:
Check validity dates
Check the products covered by the voucher
Discounts :

Check conditions of use
Products :
Check that the product is published
Check that the product is in stock
