This feature allows your customers to sponsor other customers.
To do this, a new field is available when the salesperson creates a customer account from their extranet and mobile application, in direct sales or in meetings.
The "sponsor" field displays the list of customers belonging to the connected salesperson's customer base. Other customers will never be displayed.
Once the customer has been created, the "sponsor" role is assigned to the customer who referred him/her: you can then create loyalty rules to reward the customer who referred him/her when his/her "godchild" places his/her first order.
To do this, create a loyalty rule with the following conditions:
Gain from a direct sale AND/OR gain from a meeting sale (if both, create two rules)
Conditions: Number of new referrals with first order >= 1
Choix du gain : remember to create the voucher or discount to be won.
This gain is cumulative. If the customer sponsors 4 customers, he will benefit from 4 discounts for example.
You can also create a discount for the sponsored customer by adding a condition to the "Sponsored" role.
