You have the option of creating a voucher that can be earned if the customer complies with the conditions entered.
To do this, go to the tab "Vouchers" and create a voucher of type "Gained based on conditions".
Then enter the parameters of your choice and select the condition you require:
Customer role
Virtual meeting: Yes / No
Order contains this product
Once the customer has placed an order and fulfilled the condition, the voucher will be added to their account for use on their next order.
To see all voucher beneficiaries, go to the vouchers tab and click on the "eye" pictogram.
