You can cancel an order partially or totally at the request of a customer or VDI.
To carry out this action, go to "Edit order". Click on "Cancel order" at top right.
You can then choose to cancel products and add them back to stock.
The order will then have the status "cancelled" or "partially cancelled".
For the seller, the order will be deducted from his commissions if the month has not yet been closed. If the month has already been closed, the amount of the cancelled order will be deducted from commissionable sales for the current month, and therefore from commissions.
For the customer, it is up to the brand to carry out the refund operation manually. Please note that in the case of benefits (challenge type) or loyalty parameters, these cannot be cancelled.
