Once the order has been filled in and paid for, you can retrieve the purchase order, invoice and/or credit note, and then send them by e-mail by clicking on the little eye icon to the left of them.
In the drop-down menu, choose between "Download BDC" or "Download invoice" or "Download credit note", then click on "Send purchase order by e-mail" at the bottom of the window.
You can also download and print the purchase order or invoice by clicking on the icons at top right.
Finally, you can also print purchase orders and/or invoices for several orders simultaneously by clicking on the checkbox to the left of each order and then using the "Action for selection" button at top left.
