The activities parameter allows you to create actions associated with your sales follow-up.
The activities you create will be available to your sales reps in their interfaces from the agenda.
For example, you could define actions such as "Call", the "Lunch" option, the "Team training" action...
By editing an activity, you can associate it with a salesperson, host or customer, and add an associated document. Only salespeople selected for this activity will have access to it, and will be able to add it to their agenda.
