An unpublished discount cannot be applied.
If you create the discount in advance, it must be published on the first day of its application.
To publish the discount, check the "publish" box in the discount edition.
The discount applies to the selected period.
When no date is selected, the discount has no time limit.
To change dates, click on the calendar icon and select the period.
As part of a discount to products / categories it is necessary that products are published in the catalog to be added to the cart and therefore benefit from the discount.
In the case where the use of the discount is limited by conditions, it is necessary to check that the customer's basket complies with the requested conditions.
Here is a list of conditions to check carefully:
Conditions of application :
Check order type: if you have set a condition on the order type.
Check customer country / delivery country
If you have set a condition on new customers, check that this is the customer's first order.
Amount spent per customer including VAT = amount spent by the customer since the beginning. This amount must be checked on the customer's master record.
Amount spent by the customer in his current shopping basket: current order amount. To check the order amount, go to order editing.
Customer role: check that the customer has this role. To do this, go to the customer master record.
Products in basket : check that the requested products are in the basket.
IMPORTANT : Also check the configuration of variables such as "equal" "in" present in the conditions.
For example, if you set a condition "role = seller", if the seller has already been a host, he'll have two roles: seller et hôte. The condition "role in seller" must then be set.

N times only: limited number of times the discount can be used
N times per customer: number of times the discount can be used per customer
Unlimited
Maximum number of products discounted: check here that you have entered the desired number. If you have entered only one discounted product, but you want the discount to apply to all products, you must delete the "1".
Manual application of discount: If this box is checked, the customer must click on the order in "Available discounts" to apply the discount.
Sometimes discounts are not cumulative.
You can change this setting in the discount edition.
