Fidelity settings allow you to earn rewards in meetings / direct sales by customer typology :

First of all, before going into the details of your fidelity settings, proceed to the general settings, which will enable you to activate or deactivate certain actions.
Allow salespeople to earn host points: when a salesperson hosts a meeting, he or she earns the points allocated to hosts.
Don't take host purchases into account when calculating meeting sales: sales will then correspond to total customer orders - host order.
Allow salesperson points to be earned on orders for which the salesperson's customer account is the customer: when the salesperson places an order for himself with his customer account that has a " seller " role, the salesperson earns the points set for salespeople.
Authorize the host to use his points including his future amount: points are calculated live in the meeting without waiting for the closing. The host can then use his points in the current meeting.
Exclude purchases from salespeople's accounts receivable when calculating points: the sales figure for the meeting will then correspond to the total of sales orders - the salesperson's account order.
Include the amount paid in points in the meeting turnover: if a customer/host uses his/her loyalty points on an order, these will not be decremented from the total meeting turnover.
Depending on what you tick, your loyalty system may vary.

For loyalty points, you can also by profile :
Determine an exchange rate: 1 point = x euros (the exchange rate is a usage rate and may therefore appear differently depending on the profile)
Activate a points validity period in days; if you don't do this, the points will remain valid indefinitely.
Earnings are then calculated according to various actions defined by the brand. To add a win condition, click on the " Add a condition "" button.
