There are two types of rewards for earning points:
Amount in points: The number must be indicated in the "reward" section at the bottom.
Percentage of meeting turnover in points: For example, if you offer 10% of the meeting in points: a meeting with a total turnover of €500 will give 50 points to the host/customer/vendor.*
Different actions can be defined to earn these points:
Hosting the meeting
During the meeting
Taking guests into the meeting (for the future host when the meeting takes place)
Hosting a redated meeting
Once the action has been defined and the reward chosen, the next step is to select the conditions for awarding points:
Number of meetings held
Number of orders in the meeting
Number of participants in meeting
Seller is host (yes / no)
Meeting sales
Virtual meeting yes / no
Number of meetings redatated
...
Example : We've set the host to earn 10% of the meeting's sales in points during the meeting if the number of participants is greater than or equal to 3 and if sales are greater than or equal to €50.
Please note! Points are earned on orders paid for with discounts deducted. Once the meeting is over, no more points will be awarded for orders paid for.
Note : The operation is the same for the customer/seller part. The only addition is the notion of direct sales when setting parameters by type.
